Love is the way

The Father loves us. So completely and thoroughly that it is beyond comprehension. Jesus forgives us. Sins are made empty by the shining of His light. Inspiration is given to us by The Holy Spirit. What you think feels good when doing physical exercise is just bodily sensations; The sensations of The Holy Spirit within you actually feel Holy. Strive for Holiness. Keep your mind on it at all times.

Do Gods work. Become a being who, however small or great, does God's work. God will work through you. There is no need to worry living in the love of God.

Be positive. Do not energize your bad feelings, and certainly do not make them evil, for this is a sin. The blackness is defeated within Jesus Christ who for us died on the cross.

Pray your prayers. 

Use your sexual or spiritual energies to reach into God. In every possible way love. For love is the way.

More Holy fitness (supplements)

So, I found more chakras within The Kingdom of Heaven. The latest two I found concern the male genital, and the abdomen. Giving these chakras energy and projecting them onto my body, feels like both are growing. So this would be a really easy and lazy way to gains abs and grow, you know.. Anyway I also wondered what food substance they might relate to, for more people to have an easier way growing a better body. The abdomen would be the outer layer, or peel of a mandarine. I guess one should pulverize it and drink one glass a day. The male genital would be the outer layer, or peel of an eggplant, known as aubergine. I would suggest one glass a day of pulverized purple aubergine peel as a supplement for male genital growth. I'm still waiting on the next chakra. I think it has to do with the chest. Update: I found the energy. Its supplement would be the peel, or outer layer of a lemon. The yellow peel pulverized into one glass a day.
